Cancellations
Please send all cancellation requests by email to provide the company with written confirmation of your cancellation.
In the event of cancelling your trip, the following charges apply:

10% of the total amount will be charged from the booking date up to 180 days before departure.

25% of the total amount will be charged if cancellation occurs 180–120 days before departure.

50% of the total amount will be charged if cancellation occurs 120–90 days before departure.
-
75% of the total amount will be charged if cancellation occurs 90–60 days before departure.
-
100% of the stay will be charged if cancellation occurs less than 60 days before departure.
-
In case of no-show, the full cruise fare will be charged.
For any cancellation:
6% of the paid deposit will be deducted as bank transaction fees.
In addition, cancellation fees apply to all domestic flights within Egypt. If you cancel your trip at any time, the relevant airline cancellation fees will apply.
Refunds
Refunds are normally made to the same account and by the same payment method used at the time of booking, within a maximum of 14 working days. No refunds are possible in case of no-shows.
Accommodation
Unless otherwise stated, prices are based on two people sharing a double room. Single rooms are available at an additional cost. Hotels and lodges are named as an indication of quality; rooms may be booked at an equivalent property. Published prices include taxes and fees at the time of printing and are subject to change without prior notice.
Flights
Domestic flights:
Programmes indicate average flight prices with approximate timings. Requests for specific flight times or amendments to pre-booked flights may affect the overall package price.
Responsibility
The company acts solely as an agent for participants in relation to travel by rail, ship, aircraft, or any other means of transport. We accept no liability for injury, illness, damage, loss, accident, delay, or any malfunction to persons or property resulting directly or indirectly from any of the following: weather, natural disasters, force majeure, acts of government or other authorities, wars, civil disturbances, labour disputes, riots, theft, mechanical failures, quarantine, defaults, delays, cancellations, or changes made by hotels, carriers, or restaurants. The company accepts no responsibility for any additional expenses incurred.
Special Requests
If you have any special requests, please inform the company at the time of booking. The company and its suppliers will do their best to meet these requests; however, they are not part of the contract and cannot be guaranteed (including pre-booked seats). If the company confirms that a special request has been noted, this does not mean it will be fulfilled. You will not be notified if a special request cannot be met. The company does not accept bookings conditional on meeting special requests.
Children Policy
Policy 1: For tour packages, Nile cruises, and hotels

Under 2 years: Free of charge

Under 6 years: 25% of the total adult price

Under 12 years: 50% of the total adult price

Children aged 12 years and above are considered adults.
If your package includes flights, additional charges for children may apply.
Policy 2: For sightseeing tours and land trips

If your tours include domestic flights or ferries, extra charges for children may apply.
Tipping
Tipping is a customary way to show your appreciation for the good service provided by our staff. While not compulsory, it is highly valued. The amount is entirely at your discretion.
Complaints
If you have any complaints while in Egypt, please notify the company immediately, as most issues can be resolved quickly. If the problem continues, contact the company’s Chairman during your trip.
After returning home, if you are still dissatisfied with the service, please contact the Egyptian Travel Agents Association.
If your complaint cannot be resolved satisfactorily by our staff or the Chairman, you may refer it to the Egyptian Ministry of Tourism in Cairo.
Acceptance of Agreement
A contract is formed once the company accepts a client’s booking. These booking conditions form the entire agreement between the client and the company. Payment of a deposit or final balance by bank transfer confirms that participants have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all terms and conditions.
